I founded Kozmo Kitchen to realize my dream of dedicating my life to this centuries old craft that I love. And to helping others discover and enjoy its simple beauty, wholesome goodness and ultimate practicality.
For over 10 years, I have enjoyed teaching classes as a PCC Cooks instructor with new additions this year at Tom Douglas’ Hot Stove Society, preparing bento box lunches and dinners for friends and co-workers, designing recipes and menus, and catering events small and large for a variety of occasions (including weddings, celebrations and all kinds of home and office gatherings).
I also share authentic Japanese home cooking recipes through monthly articles on the North American Post.
